CAMPER FAMILY TICKET
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ FIRST //
High-school-aged is defined as 13-18 years - however, there are exceptions for 'younger' 12-year-olds in Year 9 and 'older' 19-year-olds in Year 13.
This Camper Family Ticket is designed to make it easier on families whose parents have to finance more than one child to camp.
To qualify for these tickets:
~ the camper/s must be high-school-aged (e.g. minors)
~ the campers must be financially dependant on the same parent/guardian
~ 2 or more Family Camper Tickets must be purchased in the same transaction
~ Proof that the campers are from the same family may be requested
~ Family Camper Tickets do not apply to siblings who are financially independent, over 18 years old (unless still at school) or are buying leader or worker tickets
As part of the ticketing process, your child must register to attend camp with a local youth community. Please make sure the group you are joining knows who you are before you purchase this ticket. If your child does not belong to a youth community, then please email us and we will put you in touch with one.
Tickets have QR codes and are sent out in bulk after each price cut-off period. This is to allow time for all tickets to be checked and approved, and for your leader to get in touch with you where needed as part of the approval process.
